Our client is a leading agency with a dynamic edge! With offices located centrally in Campbelltown, this is a team of highly trained and experienced local experts! Currently seeking a Part time Property Manager to join a high performing Property Management Division, this is a team with plenty of support, structure and systems!
  
This role is available for a September start date and will see you working part time, 3 -4 days a week with a half day on Saturday, our client will also consider flexible hours. This is a rare opportunity as part-time roles don’t come around that often!  
  • Assisting the property management team with a local portfolio
  • Effectively liaise with tenants & landlords
  • Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
  • Assist with repairs & maintenance management
  • No Accounts or Leasing
  • Ad hoc duties

The Candidate: 
  • Previous Property Management Experience
  • A current certificate of Registration & driver’s license
  • Commitment to superior customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
  • Live local to the Campbelltown area
