The client

The role
Base within their head office, you will be working closely with the Sales Manager providing sales administrative support across the home building division, your days will include but not be subject to:
  • Undertake market research and prepare presentations upon request
  • Coordinate and be responsible for accurate upkeep of price lists for Home and Land packages
  • Update workflow system and generate reporting as required
  • Facilitate necessary co-ordination and distribution of land sales advice to our legal team and developers
Skills & experience
To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in a similar role within the Residential Building Industry. Other key requirements include:
  • Previous negotiation skills and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent report presentation, literacy and business writing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of relevant building processes, both pre and post-construction
