Our Client

Our client is seeking a superstar Property Manager to join their award winning team! Whether you are already experienced, or seeking career progression, this company provides ongoing training and support from a positive, fun and driven team. 

The Position
  • Management of approx 100 properties 
  • Liaise with owners, tenants and other stakeholders
  • Recently moved to a new system so you can work from home!
  • Inspections/Finals, maintenance, applications etc
  • PCRs Outsourced | No Leasing | No Trust Accounts
  • Admin support provided
Skills & Experience
  • Hold a current PM registration
  • Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Advanced time management and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Can have a laugh, but also knows when to be professional
