Our client is one of the longest established Real Estate agencies in the South Sydney & St George region. With a solid reputation as the leading independent team in the area, this is a business that have fantastic ethics, values and focus on client care.

Working 3 or 4 days a week, we are currently seeking a Mandarin-speaking Receptionist to be the backbone of support to a high performing property management team. On a day to day basis, your duties will include but not limited to:
  • Answering and Diverting Calls
  • Meeting & Greeting clients
  • Providing full administration support to a busy Property Management team
  • Updating and managing the database
  • Preparing leases and sending letters
  • Booking appointments
  • Updating tenant and landlord files
  • Updating and maintaining the website
The Candidate:
  • Previous Real Estate experience is preferred
  • A current certificate of Registration 
  • High level of customer service 
  • Outstanding administration skills
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Exceptional communication in both English & Mandarin
