An exciting career opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator looking to work for one of the best agencies in the Inner City. 

Our client is a household name within residential real estate. They boast a premium brand, dynamic team, awesome training platforms and technology, as well as a progressive, forward thinking culture. This is an amazing opportunity to support a team of high performing agents across two offices. 

Day to day your role will include:
  • Assist in preparing appraisal presentations
  • Preparation of documentation for new listings: Agency Agreement, Auction Calendar, Vendor ID, CMA, Marketing, Sales Compliance Kit
  • Enter listing data into MyDesktop, update listing board
  • Prepare open for inspection and auction packs
  • Manage Sales Contracts: obtain, send out, update
  • Manage the sale: process exchanged contracts, enter details in MyDesktop, unpack auction kits, scan and file all documents
  • Settlements: advise sales team of settlement, finalise and archive the sales folder
To be considered for this role you will need to display the following: 
  • Previous Sales Administration experience
  • A Certificate of Registration - preferred but not essential 
  • Strong attention to detail and administration skills
  • Experience with MyDesktop is advantageous
