The Client:
Our client is a boutique developer-builder well known for the delivery of high-end residential and commercial projects across Melbourne. All projects have a focus on innovation and design, partnering with the very, very best consultants in Melbourne. The Role:
Supporting two Directors and effectively communicating information across the company, this role will see you utilise your administration, organisational and relationship management skills daily. This is a multifaceted, new role within the business combining the role of a Bookkeeper/Office Manager/Executive Assistant supporting the two Directors.
  • Provide administrative support/executive assistance to both directors
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings for both directors as required
  • Coordinate and maintain directors’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Processing of accounts receivable and payable invoices accurately through MYOB and Cheops
  • Bank account and credit card statements reconciliations monthly
  • Maintain appropriate records to provide a clear view of the operational dealings with the various suppliers.
  • Reconciling the supplier's statements
You will need:
  • Demonstrated experience in AP/AR related tasks
  • Strong data entry skills and experience with spreadsheet, database and word processing applications.
  • Extensive experience with computer-based Accounts payable / receivable systems, i.e. MYOB, Xero or similar and an understanding of GST/PAYG.
  • 12 months or more bookkeeping experiences using MYOB or Xero
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong prioritising and time management skill
