This is an outstanding opportunity for a Property Manager wanting to further their career and step into a Senior Property Manager role.

The Property Manager supervises the leasing of rental properties on behalf of owners, and assists clients to find suitable properties.

This role clearly requires a degree of expertise and knowledge of managing investment property and requires a strong customer service focus.

The Role:
  • Managing a portfolio of 150-180 properties
  • Complete ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Conduct repairs & maintenance
  • Conduct routine inspections
  • Termination notices
  • Arrears control
  • Ad hoc administration
  • Attending tribunal
  • Conduct open home inspections on a Saturday - RDO during the week
  • Monitor and address any non-compliance with terms and conditions of tenancy
  • Regularly review rent and arrange lease renewals
  • New business development
The Candidate:
  • 2 years experience working as a Property Manager
  • Availability to work Saturdays with an RDO in the week
  • Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License & driver’s license with reliable car
  • Immaculately presented and well-groomed
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to work irregular hours
  • Excellent use of office technology including Rest Professional, File Smart and Inspection Manager is preferred
