Experienced Project Manager required for some new Health sector Construction projects, long term work - projects to $50M

  • Take the lead and supervise on some interesting and complex projects

Gough are looking for a Project Manager to look after several new build projects typically individually to $50m.  You will work with a known and established builder with a very busy start to the year!

Initially, this will be working on a range of new Healthcare projects in Western Sydney, with sites planned across Sydney and close to the Central Coast.

You will be supported fully by experienced Contract Administrators and motivated site teams

Other duties and responsibilities:
- Overall Project and Cost Management
- Regular budgeting and performance management to the Construction Manager
- Detailed site planning and logistics
- Regular site / toolbox meetings and management of sub-contractors
- Ensure building confirms to design and strict NSW building standards

Ideal candidate:
- An experienced and confident Building Project Manager 
- Good stability with a known Australian builder, on similar sized projects
- Degree or equivalent in Construction Management or equivalent
- Background in Contracts administration
- Excellent communicator
- Fully committed to site safety and adherence to all NSW building codes and legislation
