The Position, but not limited to:
  • General adhoc admin duties
  • Answering phone calls and distributing to appropriate person
  • Completion of banking and mail
  • Saturday morning roster rotation (time in lieu during the week)
  • Dealing with all enquiries  
  • Preparation of lease applications and renewals
  • Assist the property managers when required
The Criteria  
  • Previous reception experience is *essential*
  • Property Management Registration is highly desirable 
  • Must be tech savy
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Really outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
  • Have excellent time management skills
