The Role:
With plenty of support, structure, and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. You will be responsible for:
  • Managing a small portfolio under the guidance of a highly experienced Property Management team!
  • Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
  • Processing tenancy applications
  • Ingoing & outgoing inspections
  • Routine inspections and reporting
  • Prepare and launch properties for online advertising
  • Tenant liaison
  • Preparing leases and lease packs and renewals
  • Ad hoc administration duties

The Successful Candidate
  • 1+ years of previous Property Management experience  
  • Reliable and passionate about Property Management
  • QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner & time management
  • Corporate presentation 
  • Valid driver's license
