About the Agency:

You are an integral part of the future of this successful Boutique Real Estate Agency. Work from a stunning office based in Brisbane’s inner north. This is a company who pride themselves on providing a level of service that is above & beyond to their high-end clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

End to end portfolio management of 120+ locally based properties
Clean portfolio with long-standing tenants and landlords
Conduct entries, exits, and routine inspections
Manage maintenance requests and coordinate trades
Arrears management
Lease renewal management
NO LEASING or BDM

This role will see you propel your career to massive heights working with some of the best in the business. You must be well-groomed, have access to a reliable car & have a valid license and above all, you MUST have a current QLD certificate of registration, with at least 12 months experience proven experience in Property Management.
