Senior Property Manager required to join an AWARD winning Property Management team in a popular central Gold Coast location!

Our client is one of the most talked-about agency's in Brisbane, they have a  professional reputation and excellent social media presence.  They are a team everyone looks at and wants to be part of. They are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team!

Tasks and responsibilities include:
  • End to end portfolio management
  • Portfolio of 130 properties
  • High end and well-established portfolio
  • Preparing lease agreements 
  • Maintenance requests 
  • Bond disbursements 
  • Shared assistant between 2 Property Managers
The Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Property Manager, preferably in a senior position 
  • Must have current Certificate of Registration
  • Reliable motor vehicle and Drivers' License
  • Excellent time management, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
  • Honest, energetic, and a TEAM PLAYER!
  • A genuine passion for Property Management & the drive to be good at what you do!
