The Position:
You will be working across 3 local, iconic buildings, managing a portfolio of 120 properties that offer short and long term accommodation;

Full time- Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm
Managing a portfolio of 120 properties
Entry and Exit inspections
Routine inspections
Arrears management
Maintenance
Landlord and Tenant liaison
Console software
No leasing. No weekends. No after hours!
Parking

The Successful Candidate:

2+ years of Property Management experience
QLD Certificate of Registration
Console software experience
Strong legislation knowledge
High level of attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Outstanding telephone manner & time management
Corporate presentation
Valid driver's license
