Experienced Executive Assistant required for national construction company to support two Directors and assist with bids, tender's, and submissions.

The client
Our client is a national construction company with two offices based in Sydney and Brisbane. They have a national footprint and work with high profile clients including Colliers, General Pants, NSW Government, and more.
  
The role
Due to growth within the company, an experienced Executive Assistant is required to provide administrative support to two directors. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Email & Diary Management
  • Booking Travel & Arranging Itineraries
  • Assist in Creating Tenders, Pitch Documents & Submissions
  • Liaise with Suppliers including IT, Cleaners, etc.
  
Skills & experience
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have previous experience as an Executive Assistant ideally working for a developer, construction, or architecture company. Other key requirements include:
  • Strong Communication Skills - Written, Verbal & Interpersonal
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Well Organised & Self-motivated with High Work Ethic
  • Basic Understanding of CRM Software & Reporting Preferred
