Our Client:
Our client is looking for an Administration Assistant to report into the Centre Manager and provide administration support to the wider Centre Management team. Within this role you will be based within an asset in Brisbane and assisting with a small portfolio. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the retail sector and wanting to be a Centre Manager one day. 

The role: 
  • Providing administration support to the Centre Management team
  • Assist with the preparation of end of month reports
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Daily banking
  • Assist in chasing debtors
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Greet guests at reception, answer phone calls and take messages as required 
  • Ensuring accuracy and timely updating of access data base
  • General administration office tasks such as ordering supplies, collecting mail, filing lease documentation and coordinating meetings 
The candidate will: 
  • Must have administration experience working in a shopping centre administration team or Property team 
  • Have a high level of computer literacy on Microsoft Suite 
  • Be an excellent communicator 
  • Be a self- starter with strong business acumen 
  • Have excellent organisational skills and resourcefulness
  • Have high quality and efficient documentation output
