The Position 
  • Daily receipting & checking bank statements
  • Payroll including commissions, annual leave, updating files
  • Monthly payroll tax returns, IAS & quarterly BAS statements
  • Creditor payments, bank reconciliations, petty cash, reports
  • Reconciling sales & rental trust account & end of month 
Skills & Experience
  • Previous bookkeeping/trust accounts experience
  • Outstanding attention to detail & time management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent financial acumen
  • Xero & VaultRE software experience advantageous
  • School hours/flexibility
  • Parking on site 
  • Excellent systems & procedures
  • All data entry managed by a Virtual Assistant
  • Lovely freshly renovated office space
