BIM Coordinator – Building Services.
  
Our client a Tier 1 Engineering Consultancy are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support new and existing building services projects across NSW. This role is an important part of the team in delivering high-quality BIM models, data, and documentation and enables smooth designs and collaboration and a wide range of impactful and high-profile projects.
  
  
    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Proactively managing documentation delivery for projects (or components of projects) and taking responsibility for resource allocation whilst providing leadership, technical advice and leading by example;
  • Setup Revit projects, manage and maintain models, carryout coordination and clash detection and drawing delivery; and
  • Create, modify & maintain Revit Families and standards (in collaboration with our National BIM manager).
  
To be considered for this role, you must have;
  • 7+ years’ demonstrated experience within Building Services design in Australia.
  • Major project experience.
  • Proficient Revit user with at least 4 years’ experience.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Previous experience in retail, aged care, and commercial developments is highly desirable.
  • Degree not required, though a specific BIM TAFE certificate would be viewed favorably.
