Our client, a leading Commercial Property group is seeking a forward-thinking Facilities Manager to join their team on one of their biggest client accounts.
You will be responsible for but not limited to.
  • Oversee building operations and deliver efficient and cost-effective management of a large commercial campus.
  • Assume responsibility for the delivery of all Facilities Management services, tenant liaison, contractor management and administration
  • Deliver superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to the tenants, stakeholders and our client
  • Manage operating expenditure, budgeting, produce and present monthly reporting and financial reporting
  • Manage a team of facilities management staff and build a successful and influential team.
The successful candidate will possess.
  • A customer focus with strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • A can-do attitude and circa 5 years of experience in either retail or commercial facilities management. 
  • High-level use of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word & Excel.
  • Understanding of relevant property operations and building services legislation.
  • Well organised and able to work autonomously across multiple sites.
