Office-based role supporting a busy sales team!

Our client is a leading Industrial & Commercial property organisation with a strong presence in the western suburbs area for over 25 years. This agency is led by a team of Directors who set the bar high with exceptional performances year on year. Located in Greystanes we are currently seeking a confident Sales Administrator to work alongside a high performing & busy sales team. 

The Role:
Working Monday to Friday, your duties will include:
  • Answering phones
  • Supporting the Sales & Leasing team
  • Marketing
  • Uploading properties online
  • Handling the backend of the sales process
  • Sending offers out to clients
  • Database management
  • Answering phones
  • Office cleanliness
  • Ad hoc admin duties
  • Drawing up lease agreements
The Ideal Candidate
  • Must have previous experience in Real Estate 
  • Very Strong Admin & organisation skills 
  • Able to manage conflicting deadlines & processes 
  • Understanding of the sales process
  • Has an interest in Commercial Real Estate 
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to help
  • A current Certificate of Registration
