The Client
My client is a successful Property Group that has a large team of property specialists and an immediate requirement for a Lease Administrator to join the team.

The role sits within a busy division and requires support across a large portfolio of leases nationally. You will be joining a team of administrators who work effectively together to manage the portfolio for a range of customer, institutional, government, and private organisations.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Manage legal and administrative aspects of lease preparation
  • Assist the Property Manager with lease proposal preparations, approval forms and documentation
  • Assist with contracts management
  • Respond to tenant inquiries
  • Ensure lease negotiations comply with the relevant legislations
  • Work across administrative requirements of the leasing division
  • Assist the wider team as necessary

The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role you will ideally have: 
  • Previous experience working in a lease administration role with a lessee portfolio
  • Excellent written communication skills, ability to remain focused on specific tasks
  • Experience working with a fast-paced busy team
  • Understanding of complex lease document terms and conditions
  • Well-versed in CRM's/content management systems
  • Effective communication skills at all levels & the ability to build professional relationships with tenants, lawyers & colleagues
  • Strong multi-tasking & prioritising skills
