About the Client

Our client is a reputable agency seeking a Junior/Assistant Property Manager to join their close knit team. You will be provided with plenty of ongoing support as well as the opportunity to learn from very experienced and efficient Senior Property Managers! The office is located on one of the best strips in Perth and you will be working in a brand new modern office.

The Position, but not limited to:
  • Assisting the Head of Department/Senior Property Manager
  • Liaising with tenants and owners when needed 
  • Typing up leases and PCRs 
  • Assisting with inspections 
  • General administration duties 
  • Handling maintenance enquiries 
The Criteria  
  • 1 years experience in property management
  • Property Management Certificate of Registration 
  • Exceptional presentation 
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build loyal client relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential
  • Extremely well organised company
  • Career progression and continuous training and support
