Currently seeking a Strata Assistant to slot into this high performing team, this is a role for a talented individual looking to step up their career with a forward thinking team.
The Role:

Working in a professional yet fun working environment, this is an opportunity for someone with a high level of customer service. Working closely with a well-established Strata Manager, you will exceed all clients’ expectations. You will be responsible for:
  • Day to day administration management supporting a Senior Strata Manager
  • Liaising with stakeholders (including Body Corporate and Trades People)
  • Point of contact for all Executive Committees, Owners and Tenants
  • Organise repairs & maintenance
  • Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)
  • Manage repairs and maintenance
  • Strata Administration
  • Attending AGM Meetings

The Candidate:
  • Previous Strata Assistant Experience is preferred however not essential
  • A current Certificate of Registration
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
  • Have a high level of computer skills
  • The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team
