This is a position available due to growth! Operating out of a dual office network on Sydney’s busiest beach in the Eastern Suburbs, this is an agency operating for over 15 years. This is a hand-picked team that is by far the largest in the local area. Encouraging ‘outside the square’ thinking, this is an opportunity for a Junior Property Manager to join a top performing Director that has a strong desire to bring about a new level of service in the industry.

The Role:

Reporting directly to a highly qualified and respected Department Head, you will be the face of a high profile agency. Working amongst a team with a reputation for impeccable service, this is a diverse and fast-paced role with plenty of support, structure and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. As a Junior Property Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Managing a small portfolio under the guidance of a Department Head
  • Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
  • Conducting open homes and open for inspections
  • Ingoing & outgoing inspections
  • Routine inspections & Saturday work
  • Diary Management
  • Prepare properties for online advertising
  • Lease sign ups
  • Preparing leases and lease packs
  • Ad hoc administration duties

The Candidate:
  • A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
