The Role:
If your an experienced Senior Property Manager looking for Future Progression this company will deliver!
  • Managing approx 180 properties
  • Rental Administration Support 
  • Maintaining relationships with landlords/owner
  • Conducting repairs and maintenance 
  • Rental arrears management
  • Completion of outgoing residential premises condition reports
  • Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
  • Work Phone
  • Excellent Career Progression
  • This role is available due to growth!
The Candidate:
  • 2 years of Property Management experience is preferred
  • A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
