The Role:

Working Monday - Friday with ONLY 1 IN 4 SATURDAYS, this is an AMAZING opportunity. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • General portfolio management of approximately 170 properties - All within close proximity to each-other
  • Handling the repairs and maintenance for the portfolio
  • Arrears management
  • Building and maintaining relationships
  • In goings, outgoings and routine inspections
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants 
  • $70000 + Super depending on experience!

Skills and Experience needed:
  • Previous experience in Property Management
  • Agents Representative Certificate (ESSENTIAL BEFORE APPLICATION)
  • Drivers license and car
