We are seeking a well presented and experienced Property Manager who has the ability to motivate and encourage their team-mates, you will possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, clear police check and reliable motor vehicle.

The Position:
  • Managing a portfolio of 110 local properties 
  • Lease renewal and rent reviews
  • Repair and maintenance
  • Arrears management
  • Bonus incentives for BD and bringing in new properties/referring sales 
  • Routine & final inspections inspections 
  • End to end property management with continuous admin support
  • No Trust & PCRs Outsourced
Skills & Experience
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio autonomously 
  • Extensive property management experience
  • Current Property Management registration
  • Excellent interpersonal & time management skills
  • Knowledge of Property Tree is desirable
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
  • Great problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Well presented
  • Extensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
