We are hunting down an exceptional Property Manager to join an incredibly successful agency who are a well known established brand in the industry. With strong core values and a forward thinking team - all that is needed now is YOU to join this close knit, fast paced team.


Day to day you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of approximately 100 properties with an admin support. Duties include but not limited to:
  • Leasing of your properties
  • Routine inspections
  • Ingoing/outgoing inspections
  • Maintenance management
  • Arrears management
  • Liaising with tenants and contractors as well as reporting to owner
  • Ideally between 1-4 years experience, but will consider applicants with various experience levels
  • Positive attitude and an impeccable attention to detail 
  • Current and relevant NT Certification
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Well presented
  • Drivers licence
