Our client provide a boutique, tailored service to their loyal clientele. Headed up by an innovative Director with close to 20 years’ experience and a reputation that expands across NSW, this team are dedicated to providing consistent, professional and efficient customer service to their impressive portfolio. Currently seeking a Senior Strata Manager, this is an opportunity to work in a great environment with fantastic support, systems, structures and procedures.
  
The Role:
Monday – Friday, this is a team of highly trained, efficient and supportive staff with a proven track record. Delivering a unique style of service that focuses on accuracy and attention to detail, this is an opportunity for someone forward thinking and looking for their next challenge!
  • The portfolio size will be decided on the successful candidate!
  • Managing a mixed, high end portfolio – there will some BMC
  • Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
  • Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
  • Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
  • Convene and conduct meetings
  • Periodic inspections
  • No Accounts & lots of administration support will be provided
The Candidate:
  • Previous Experience in Strata Management
  • A current Strata Certificate is needed
  • The ability to answer general technical/strata management questions
  • The ability to work towards goals
  • Be willing to contribute to a progressive company
  • Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
  • Have a high level of computer skills
  • The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
  • Maturity, strong communication skills and team player
