The Role
Taking charge of their busy front of house fielding enquiries for approximately 70 x staff.  You'll be a juggler, you will deliver 5-star customer service, the GO TO person for all things admin - all with a smile on your dial. 
 
YOU will have...
  • Minimum 1 years' experience on a busy front desk & switchboard within an office environment (ideally property, legal, accounting/finance / professional services)
  • Corporate presentation - this is a corporate office environment
  • A passion for helping others when they are overloaded
  • An eye for detail to keep on top of the overall appearance of the office
  • Intermediate computing skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Confidence, exceptional telephone manner along with strong time management
