The Role
Our client who are based in the Adelaide South, are currently experiencing growth and are now creating a new position for an Assistant Property Manager.
As an Assistant Property Manager your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist the Property Management Department consisting of 4 Property Managers 
  • Administration and in-house duties as required
  • Liaise with tenants and owners
  • Maintenance
  • Help with the condition reports and routine inspections
 The Ideal Candidate
  • Ideally have 12 months experience as an assistant property manager 
  • Must have Property Management Licence
  • Current SA Drivers Licence
  • Must be well presented and have good communication skills
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
