Property Manager - CBD Area 

This great agency in Melbourne's CBD is an Australian based firm, with a long history of 20+ years of operation. This office deals with premium properties in the CBD area, mostly apartments and high rise towers of newer apartment projects.

You are replacing a good, long-standing team member who is being promoted into a Team Leader type role, taking on her portfolio of only 140 residential properties with a full handover. 

The role:
With 500+ rentals in the agency and growing, your role will be to take on a clean, manageable portfolio of 140 residential properties, all based in and around Melbourne CBD. Using PropertyMe systems.

Duties Include:
  • Maintenance & Liaising with trades
  • Relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Assist with the leasing process (one leasing consultant in the team also who works part-time)
  • General admin and duties, lease renewals, arrears etc 
HoursMonday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with little to no Saturdays & work from home option.

Salary: $65,000/annum + Superannuation + Parking + Mobile Phone + KPI's/Commissions for keeping your portfolio in check, $300/month to be made!

Ideal Candidate will have
  • Previous residential property management experience looking after their own portfolio or assisting a senior property manager for a while 
  • Mandarin-speaking is advantageous, but not essential 
  • Victorian Agents Representative Certificate, Car and Drivers Licence
