Maintenance supervisor role available at a premium facility in Perth CBD area.

Our Client, a leading property and development company, is looking for an experienced maintenance supervisor to look after one of its premium residential developments.

The Role:

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the upkeep of the building and surroundings. Your duties will include:
  • Maintaining and having a working knowledge of all building mechanical systems.
  • Minor property repairs (ie. Light bulbs etc)
  • maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies
  • Maintain gardens and entrance ways
  • work closely with the General Manager to establish sound resident relations.
  • Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine the necessity of repairs or maintenance. 
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs
  • Prepare and administer contracts for the provision of property services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security services. 
  • Other maintenance/compliance duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
To be suitable for this role, you must have
  • Must have previous experience and background in all areas of maintenance.
  • Qualifications in trade or trade related enterprises
  • Basic computer skills
  • Understand the importance of community living
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Have a valid Drivers license
