This progressive boutique agency requires a Receptionist / Assistant Property Manager to join their team and assist the team with the day to day running of the office. This role gives an opportunity to work in a very diverse role, and obtain outstanding knowledge and experience in a number of facets.
 
The Role:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Based on Reception you will be required to take calls and messages however your main focus day-to-day will be supporting the PM and sales team 
  • Answer all incoming calls and walk-ins 
  • Liaising with Tenants, Landlords, Buyers, Sellers 
  • General office duties
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • Ongoing training & support provided in this amazing agency!
  • Medium-sized team - excellent staff retention
About you:
  • Previous experience in Real Estate 
  • CURRENT Certificate of registration - essential 
  • High level of communication and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner & time management
  • Well-presented
  • Valid driver's license
