AREA MANAGER/RC/Psychologist: Lead an established team of Rehab Consultants in the Western Suburbs Branch of this national provider. SE and DE Services across Workers Comp, Comcare, CTP.

About You:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Have Allied Health qualifications as a Registered Psychologist with AHPRA Registration and be a qualified Rehabilitation Counsellor with Full ASORC/RCCA Membership
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have the ability to motivate, manage and coordinate a team of injury management specialists
  • Set and achieve targets for injury management  
  • Measure impact and improvement on a continual basis: You will set the future direction for growth of this branch
  • Autonomy to set the motivate, mentor and lead your team as you see best - 360 HR
  • Have an excellent track record in achieving occupational rehabilitation business development targets - Sustainable, supported growth

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you come from an Allied Health back-ground and have occupational rehabilitation and mentoring experience.
