The Position:
As a Bookkeeper you will be responsible for all bookkeeping services which is not limited to:
  • Work with multiple clients
  • All bookkeeping matters
  • Assist with client accounting queries
  • Manage your own workflow
  • Training client's on how to conduct basic in house bookkeeping tasks
  • Xero/MYOB Troubleshooting
  • BAS/IAS preparation
  • Implementation of Single Touch Payroll
Skills and Experience:
For this role, experience in bookkeeping for small to medium-sized organizations is imperative. In addition, you should have:
  • 1+ years experience in a Bookkeeper position within Professional services 
  • Strong knowledge of all components in bookkeeping
  • Minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree
  • Experience using Xero, MYOB is requisite 
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
