About the Role:
We currently have an opportunity in both our commercial and public accounting division.  You will be working in a broad, all-encompassing Senior/Recruitment Consultant role where you will be running your own desk like you would your own business, except you will be working alongside people who can support and encourage you to be the best you can be. With piping hot client and candidate contacts, you will find stepping into this role an easy transition with great billings potential. With a strong jobs pipeline and networks that have both depth and quality, Abacus Human Capital can help position you for future success.
  
Key elements of this role will include:
  • Building and maintaining close working relationships with clients and candidates
  • Developing new client relationships while servicing existing clients
  • Conducting in-depth face to face interviews
  • Proactively sourcing high calibre candidates
  • Engaging in high-level negotiations with external stakeholders at all levels
  • Being honest and transparent with clients and candidates
  • Sharing your recruitment knowledge with other team members.

Your Background:
Ideally, you will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant. You will need to demonstrate a stable and consistent billings history with a passion for providing an exceptional service whilst putting the needs of your stakeholders first! You will have demonstrated experience sourcing, engaging, and influencing candidates while working in a candidate tight market.  Your ability to develop and nurture client relationships using your exceptional networking and business development skills will be critical.  Experience recruiting accountants in public practice will certainly be a strong competitive advantage.
