Great opportunity for a Japanese and English speaking Sales Consultant with experience dialling outbound to achieve KPIs.

Our client are a $4billion international cruise line with an experienced marketing team generating a high volume of warm leads across Asia Pacific plus a database of enthusiastic repeat cruise guests. 

In this role you'll be selling cruise holidays in Alaska, Europe, South America, Asia, the Caribbean and Panama Canal to clients across Asia. Commission is uncapped and paid from your 1st sale.  Plus you will be working in a fun environment with a product that it's easy to be passionate about and with a receptive audience.  

Their initial intensive 3 week training plus ongoing learning and development opportunities, including fam trips onboard and ship visits, will provide you with all the product, systems and sales knowledge you need to be successful.

This is a high volume, outbound dialling, sales environment where minimum quotas must be achieved consistently.  You'll be expected to achieve around 3 hours talk time a day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Promote sales to consumers by initiating calls, acting on leads and/or prospects in order to identify travel needs, present the cruise holidays and make recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport and identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations in order to close sales and meet/exceed revenue goals.
  • Acquire in depth industry and company knowledge in order to articulate cruise product features, benefits, pricing and make recommendations to include promotions, itineraries, and upsell opportunities
  • Attend and actively participate in daily team meetings or relevant sales training in order to ensure appropriate sales techniques are being used and accurate information is being communicated to direct consumers.
  • Participate in department approved mass e-mail campaigns targeting specific guests' profiles.
KEY CRITERIA: 
  • Fluent Japanese and English
  • 1 year minimum contact centre sales experience with a solid understanding of the sales process
  • Clear and fluent communication skills
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Outgoing motivated personality
  • Passionate about customer service and achieving SALES!
  • Must have Permanent Residency or be an Australian Citizen
