Fantastic opportunity to join this $6billion travel company marketing their award winning global brand to trade partners in Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, Singapore, India, Taiwan and Thailand. 
  
Based in Sydney and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with the marketing team in Sydney plus global teams in Hong Kong, the US and UK.

B2B marketing experience across Asia markets is essential and Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be beneficial.

Key responsibilities of the role:
  • Marketing Planning - Contribute to annual B2B marketing planning for ​Asia
  • Marketing Communications - Develop and implement effective integrated marketing communications programs across digital and traditional channels aimed at travel partners
  • Campaign Management - End-to-end management of integrated trade marketing campaigns 
  • Copywriting & Editing - Copywriting and editing support for marketing collateral including brochures, advertisements and trade eDMs 
  • Content Creation -  Work with internal departments to source product, offers, messaging and creative to support campaign activity
  • Marketing Tools - Develop and deliver trade marketing engagement and educational tools including webinars, microsites and the internal trade marketing platform
  • Budget Management - Manage purchase orders, invoicing and budget reconciliation to ensure campaigns are delivered within budget
  • Stakeholder Support - Develop & maintain strong relationships across internal & external stakeholders including multiple trade partners and provide expert advice, support and services as required
  • Partnerships - Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to identify and establish key trade partnerships and to identify joint sales & marketing opportunities
  • Events - Support all aspects of trade events from inception and scoping to delivery
  • Sales support - Produce a variety of sales support material (brochures, flyers, merchandise)
Qualifications and experience:

You will be a highly-motivated team player, with a tertiary qualification in marketing and a minimum 3 years marketing experience including B2B experience across Asia markets.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to work under pressure 
  • Outstanding project management and time management skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Experience with a large global organisation will be an advantage
  • Marketing experience ​within the travel and tourism industry will be an advantage
