Our client is a global leader in healthcare, known for innovation and leading the market in customer service. Due to expansion, an exciting new role has been created to join their dynamic Key Accounts Team as the  National Key Account Manager - Grocery.

Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts ANZ,  you will utilise your knowledge in grocery to devise and execute strategic plans to develop the grocery business channel across ANZ. Main clients will include Coles and Woolworths with additional responsibility for petrol & convenience, mass merchandise and NZ grocery channels. This is a newly created role and brings huge potential for growth in an untapped channel.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic account management to achieve sales and increase market share, alongside supply management and forecasting.
  • Channel and portfolio development
  • Analysis of grocery channel data
  • Develop, create and execute channel business plans in liaison with multi disciplinary teams: Marketing, Finance, Category Manager, Ecommerce Manager, Customer Operations.
The Successful Applicant will have:
  • 5+ years in Grocery Account Management (ideally healthcare or FMCG)
  • Experience dealing with Coles and Woolworths
  • Experience conducting category reviews
  • Developing and managing trading terms
  • Strong leadership behaviours
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills
  • Exceptional Business acumen
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ideally experience in mass merchandise, petrol and convenience and NZ grocery channels.
