General Practitioner needed for Medical Centre in Warragul, Gippsland, VIC
  • 60- 70% of Billings depending on experience
  • Three months guaranteed income of $125 per hour

  • 40 mins from Melbourne CBD Onsite: Radiology, Pathology, Pharmacy, Private hospital, Sports medicine, Lifecare, Specialist consulting rooms, Cafe.

The practice currently has positions available for General Practitioners (GPs) to join our team and work from any of our five GP clinics located across Gippsland.

About the Practice

Within our Gippsland service, you will have access to a range of interdisciplinary teams of staff and services including Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, Dietitians, Clinical Psychologists/Counsellors, paediatrics service, diabetes education service, chronic disease management service and more.

One of the advantages of working in a community health organisation is that we deliver over 118 health and community services from our sites, into client homes and via other community service providers.

Next to our dedicated reception staff, we also employ Registered and Enrolled Nurses at every site who assist our Doctors with chronic disease management and health assessments, immunisations, wound dressings and any other services that the Doctors request.

The General Practice Rural Incentive Program (GPRIP) provides a financial incentive for GPs working in rural areas.
Under the Modified Monash Model (MMM) classification system, our clinics sit within MM3 – MM4 rating. Under this category, in your second year of service, you would be eligible to entitlements of up to $8,000. Entitlement amounts increment annually after each year of service.
