Assurity Consulting is a NZ owned and operated, tech consultancy working with business to help solve their challenges. We do this strategically through working with the C-Suite and their teams, providing expertise and the people to help them transform. Our services include Innovation, DevOps, Design Thinking, Agile, Test and Test Engineering.

As a recruiter your role has a direct impact on the success and the strategic growth plans for us, by talent mapping, pipe-lining and sourcing high quality candidates from around the world. You’ll have strong relationships with the leadership team in each of our branches in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

You’ll identify, engage and assess some of the best talent out there and be responsible for hiring roles such as DevOps Engineers, Agile Consultants, BAs and Testers. Being a consultancy you’ll understand the high quality technical expertise and soft skills required for people to thrive. You’ll be working with business leaders that are 100% engaged in the process and are willing to try new ideas to find the people we need.

We're constantly challenging ourselves to do things differently, to achieve great outcomes for our people. This means there are always a range of projects and initiatives underway that you will be able to influence.

About you

You’re a full-stack recruiter that has experience in technical recruiting roles in the IT, software, or digital sector. You’ll have worked in a corporate, RPO or agency environment.  

Things like Boolean search and creative candidate approaches should be second nature to you along with networking and being able to quickly establish effective working relationships both internal and external.

You’ve had experience executing a recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and interview process management.
