The primary functions of the Marketing Communication Manager is twofold: i) To be responsible for the organization's communications and branding strategy both internal and externally and ii) to increase the visibility of our work, enhancing our reputation among the communities, and the youth we serve.

  • Supervisor: Director of Development
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday Friday
  • Compensation: $100,000 per year
  • Create and implement branding strategies to achieve brands recognition;
  • Create marketing presentations for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Lead projects relating to search engine optimization, website updates, social media, and email automation;
  • Increase knowledge of long-term social goals to stakeholders (youth, families, partners, donors);
  • Collaborate with Development Department to cultivate and expand donor base;
  • Develop a marketing strategy that effectively markets our organization and brand properly;
  • Develop and implement communications and media strategies that successfully deliver key information to the public;
  • Produce effective promotional material for stakeholders and successful marketing campaigns;
  • Brainstorm ideas and suggest new technology that will be a beneficial resource;
  • Collect data and refine research techniques to improve marketing performance for future endeavors;
  • Maintain awareness in market changes and adjust marketing strategies accordingly;
  • Keep track of the company's social media and website to advertise Roads to Success services;
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or requested by the Director of Development.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's degree preferred;
  • Professional fluency in English required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, PR, and/or communications preferred;
  • Experience and/or interest in youth development;
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and oral communications skills required;
  • Proficiency with content management systems and social media management required;
  • Working ability in graphic design and digital content development tools preferred but not required;
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to work independently, without constant supervision;
  • Adept at learning and navigating new technologies quickly (Adobe, Word Press, Google Analytics SEO etc).
