Exciting opportunity for an Integration and Data Management Specialist to join an establish company to assist with implementation in a Tech Lead role.

As an Integration and Data Management Specialist, you will establish well-defined interfaces for the organisations systems and manage data loading tasks required to support the implementation of Cornerstone OnDemand and other systems as required.

Day to day responsibilities include:
  • Provide business and technical knowledge in business analysis to interpret integration requirements.
  • Identify the required interfaces based on consultation for key internal projects.
  • Manage point to point file transfers and integrations between company business systems.
  • Extract, Load and Transform (ETL/ELT) of data sets to support implementation and integration.
  • Understand the relationship between the domain entities from each of the applications that are part of the company system landscape.
  • Test and validate the implemented/configured interfaces.
  • Assist and support stakeholders during their respective test phases when data will go through one of the implemented/configured interfaces.
  • Offer technical support to the implementation of company systems as required.
  • Provide knowledge handover to the People & Learning and Technology & Information Management Solutions Branches to enable the business-as-usual teams to maintain integrations.
You will possess the following skills and attributes:
  • Proven work experience in designing and implementing new data integration solutions across an organisation.
  • Vast knowledge with integration standards, such as SOAP, REST, XML and JSON
  • Over 5 years of experience in analysis, cleansing, manipulating and transforming data.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to influence, negotiate, and gain stakeholder consensus.
  • Demonstrable experience in working with data structures both relational and tabular.
  • Experience using data visualisation tools
  • Extensive experience working with middleware platforms and ERP systems for integration, such as Civica Authority.
  • Capability with data governance, data quality, metadata management concepts, and tools.
  • Knowledge developing using C# .Net
  • Experience in the implementation and integration of Human Resources Information Systems, including Cornerstone OnDemand or other similar systems.
