Reporting to the Enterprise and Partnership Head, your focus will be on sales performance through both business development and long term relationship management within financial institutions. 

Duties in the role include:
  • Preparing short term and long term sales plans and strategies for new and existing clients
  • Developing new business within existing clients
  • Use existing 3rd party contacts to acquire new customers
  • Meeting all KPI’s including revenue targets, customer satisfaction/engagement, and new product penetration etc
  • Reporting and measurement of results across all sales plans and programs
  • Using highly effective negotiation skills and commercial acumen to source and win new business
The preference is for someone with a banking background and Payments exposure given this role will largely manage and develop sales strategies with key banking partners.

What you will bring to the role:
  • Tertiary qualifications in business and/or marketing
  • 3-5+ years in sales or KAM roles including field marketing, channel marketing, and demand generation
  • Banking and Finance background preferred with Payments exposure
  • Ideally prior experience drafting sales strategies and plans
  • Strategic relationship management experience at senior business levels
  • Technology skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and CRM tools
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
