HR Co-ordinator - Broad Responsibilities

Broad and varied HR role supporting two HR Managers with key outcomes to support a mid sized well established brand in city fringe.

This is a position that will suit an experienced Coordinator with excellent administrative skills in HR.  It is a true learning opportunity where there will be stretch and ownership.

The Role:

The key purpose of this role is to provide high level co-ordination and administrative support to the HR Managers. You will report directly to the HR Operations Manager who will provide growth and development opportunities.
The client is a mid-sized FMCG organisation who are well respected and established in Melbourne.
Your Key Responsibilities will include: 
  • Respond to a busy HR inbox
  • On-boarding activities including new employee inductions, preparation of employment contracts and other relevant employment documentation.
  • Adhere to HR budget as instructed by HR management
  • Assisting in Payroll and reporting
  • Assist in policy reviews as required
  • Coordinate office-based training sessions
  • Facilitate 3-month & 5-month employments checks for new starts
  • Drive and organise office well-being programs
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as directed by HR Management.
To be considered successful for this role you will ideally have obtained formal education in HR and will possess relevant full time work experience in the Melbourne market.  You will be systems savvy and have a flair with numbers and reporting, have the ability to adapt and flex to the changing needs of a mid sized business whilst being able to build credible relationships.

This is a role that will have its peak times so your ability to switch gears and perform under pressure will be critical.  Your role will support the HR Exec and therefore over time you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and continue your professional development in HR.
