Our client, a large healthcare organisation, with extensive operations, is currently engaged in a complex digital transformation program to enable enhanced customer experience and interaction, digital marketing and digitisation of information.
A Business Analyst is required to join the client’s team to engage with the business in order to facilitate workshops, gather functional requirements, model and verify the requirements for subsequent implementation on the client’s CRM system.
This is an excellent opportunity for a consultative Business Analyst with sound knowledge and experience, a team player who can engage and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 – 6 years experience as a Business Analyst. Domain knowledge in healthcare is advantageous as is experience with CRM applications.
