This is an exciting time for a passionate, resilient, HR practitioner to join our team, partnering with our people leaders to provide advice and guidance on HR best-practice, undertaking a role which covers the full spectrum of generalist HR activities.

Solutions focused and a strategic thinker, you will be renowned for your ability to form productive, effective and meaningful working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. In order to hit the ground running at ORC, you will have prior experience in the field of human resources (ideally at the advisory level) and a genuine willingness to move into an agile team with big ambitions.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated HR generalist to make a new role their own, in an organisation where the difference you are making is tangible.
  
Key Responsibilities for the position include;
  • HR systems review, development and implementation;
  • HR best-practice advisory services (including change management);
  • L&D structure, development and coordination;
  • Recruitment services to a growing business;
  • Industrial relations with our Union partners;
  • Leadership and culture development;
  • Continuous improvement of the HR framework at ORC – policies, procedures, reporting and much more!
