Level 1 IT Service Desk, 6++ month contract, weekly pay, Brisbane CBD, Great customer service and phone manner required, Wonderful team environment

A great opportunity has become available to join a friendly team working in a large enterprise environment based in the heart of Brisbane CBD. In this role you will provide premium Lv 1 Support to users and will be working on a busy Service Desk.

The customer is at the heart of all this business does, so it's really important that you enjoy helping solve their problems.  To be successful you will thrive on providing exceptional customer service and will have excellent communication skills and a clear friendly phone manner. Training will be provided. 

Skills 
  • Your role will include providing comprehensive first-level support
  • Ability to work independently & effectively as part of a busy Service Desk team
  • Able to work under pressure & support a large user base
  • Able to support & communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse range of users, explaining complex technical issues in a simple, easy to understand the manner
Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose & repair computer & network hardware and escalate as required
  • Ability to update the support ticketing application with clear documentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve user issues in a friendly manner
