Join a friendly team where you will provide premium Lv 1 Support working on a busy Service Desk. You will thrive on providing exceptional customer service and will have excellent communication skills, immediate start.
  
Skills 
  • Your role will include providing comprehensive first-level support
  • Ability to work independently & effectively as part of a busy Service Desk team
  • Able to work under pressure & support a large user base
  • Able to support & communicate effectively with a diverse range of users, explaining complex technical issues in a simple, easy to understand the manner
Experience
  • 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience working with Active Directory, Microsoft product suite, XP, Windows 7, Windows Server, Exchange
  • Demonstrated ability to Diagnose & repair computer & network hardware, escalate as required
  • Accurately update the support ticketing application
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve user issues
