Experience:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage in a friendly, cooperative and constructive manner
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills with proven 2nd line technical support troubleshooting abilities 
  • A demonstrated ability to learn new skills rapidly and apply problem-solving skills
Technical Skills
  • Demonstrated 2+ years of practical experience supporting Microsoft platforms and applications in commercial environments, i.e. Windows 7 and 8, Microsoft Office 2010/2013, Office 365, Active Directory, MS Exchange 2010, 2013
  • Experience supporting, or knowledge of server operating systems such as Server 2008, 2012, 2016
  • Experience supporting Microsoft desktop operating systems in an Active Directory environment 
  • Installation PC / Monitors / Software or re-configuration
  • Printer management experience (physical installation and configuration)
  • Hardware break/fix experience
  • Experience working within a virtual environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 
Education:
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
